Architectural Powder Coating: Infinite Colors, Ultimate Durability
Why powder coating is superior to traditional paint for protecting and styling bespoke metalwork under the Andalusian sun.

You have designed the perfect metal gate, pergola, or staircase. Now, how do you protect it and give it color? In the world of premium metal fabrication, traditional wet paint is obsolete. Architectural powder coating is the only acceptable standard.
How It Works
Powder coating involves applying a dry, electrostatically charged powder to the metal surface. The piece is then placed in a curing oven, where the heat causes the powder to melt, flow, and form a continuous, hard shell over the metal.
Superior Protection
This process creates a finish that is significantly thicker and tougher than conventional paint. It is highly resistant to chipping, scratching, and peeling. More importantly for the Costa del Sol, we use UV-resistant architectural-grade powders that will not fade or chalk under the intense Mediterranean sun.
Infinite Customization
Beyond durability, powder coating offers incredible design flexibility. We can match almost any RAL color, and provide finishes ranging from high-gloss to ultra-matte, as well as textured and metallic effects. This allows your metalwork to seamlessly integrate with your property's specific design scheme.
